You can have my encouragment all you want *hands you a bunch of encouragment in a nice little blue box with a pretty ribbon*. GOOD LUCK! I'm not going to say "you can do anything you put your mind to" because no matter how much I put my mind to time travel its not happening...but YOU can do THIS and if you ever need more of my beautifully wrapped encouragment let me know!

Bravo for you! I think that you have set yourself both a resonable goal and an excellent way to set about it. It's actually really a good idea to have a cheat day once a week becuase it makes it easier to stick to the dieting the other 6 days.
Make sure you drink lots of water, and don't jump too quick into any workout routine or you'll just be so sore and tight that you won't want to continue with it.
One little piece of advice i've gotten from my own attempts to get in better shape (thin and in shape are two different things trust me) try taking the pictures less frequently. like only once a week or every two weeks. That way you can see your progress a lot better.
