Dr. John McDougall, of lowfat vegan, supper-not-surgery fame, has his own take on why Bill Clinton has been acting like such a dick: post-bypass surgery cognitive dysfunction.
That would actually explain a lot. But my own take is that Clinton has always been a dick. See: denying a pardon to that MR guy on Arkansas's death row, Lani Guinier, Don't Ask, Don't Tell, DOMA, Jocelyn Elders, bombing Iraq . . . . should I go on? If he does have a cognitive issue, it's just taking the veil off what was already there.
