Another break week, another trip abroad for some training. In this case, Bruce was training with a French detective he had heard about who was one of the world's foremost manhunters. After setting up a meeting during the final weeks of the semester, Bruce showed up on Monday. When Bruce arrived at the detective's home, he found a note saying only,
Monsieur Malone,
Find me.
H.D.
As challenges went, Bruce had to admit it was a good one. A man he'd never met in a city he didn't know that well, who had plenty of time to run off to another country if he so chose, sending the poor kid on a wild goose chase.
But an inquisitive mind wouldn't do that. An inquisitive mind would be curious to see what kind of skills the student had. So while Bruce went around, finding all he could on the whereabouts of this detective, he knew that there would be someone following him. All he needed was to not tip his hand before it was time.
Bruce liked to think this week had been an audition for later training. He just hoped the detective didn't uncover his own identity before then.
[OOC: Hey, I've been too busy/brainfried to actually play at all this week. Therefore, this has been a training week! NFB, NFI, please!
Also, the detective is either Henri Ducard or an analogue for him. Doesn't matter to me as I will never name him IC.]
