'John Smith's' first full day of training with Ted Grant had been very informative. It also involved him getting punched in the face repeatedly. But after some instruction on how to keep down the swelling and how he might go about covering it up if he wanted to, Grant took Bruce out to a bar to act as his wingman. Bruce had no interest in wasting his time like this, but he was willing to play Grant's game. If spending the night with some random woman helped Grant focus, Bruce would help. But after they left, Bruce was going to spend the rest of his night in the gym, going over all of his fight training again.
But if nothing else, he could pick up a few tips on how best to use fame to pick up women, which would be useful for his eventual cover identity. And if he ever had to do it while watching a sixteen year old kid, he'd be prepared for that, too.
That last thought had been sarcastic. How was he supposed to know that it would be a real skill he'd need someday?
[OOC: Establishy, NFB, NFI due to distance! And yes, this is pretty much going to be Bruce's week. Hey, Wildcat has about 39 illegitimate kids in the comics. I see no reason to think that the JLU version can't make a few while training Batman.]
