Ed and Su were gone. Whatever that might mean to Willow, she knew it meant a very great deal to Peter. She also knew he was probably going to be his usual self about it, which meant being stiff upper-lippy and not admitting that he had a case of the frets.

So Willow took it upon herself to pro-actively set up some things to hopefully help him feel better - including a new blue dress that Lu promised looked very good and appropriate for a semi-dressy but not dressy-dressy evening - and waited for Peter to show up in response to her invitation.
