Too much Drama
I can't stand the drama at my work. The other tacher in my room is the total opposite of me. She is the mean teacher I am the nice one. She yells at the kids and makes them cry. I think there is a fine line with dicipline when you are dealing with four year olds.
Anyway I make it work with the other teacher. I think I can get along with anyone. I'm so laid back and easy going. I guess we balance eachother out a balance between mean and nice.
Last week we had a kid crap all over the place. It was on the floor on his chair. We called the mother to pick him up because he was clearly sick. Something was wrong with his stomach. The mother walked in on the other teacher yelling at her son. Because he was playing with the other children when she asked him to sit alone. She didn't want the other children to get sick. Anyway the mother called to complain.
All week long when the other teacher went home everyone else came to ask me about what happened.
If a parent wants a conference that means your in trouble with the owners of the school. So all week long has been gossip.
Today was the meeting with the mother. I didn't have to go because it wasn't about me. When the teacher gets back she tells me that the mother is now blaming me. So now the gossip goes on. What are they talking about now that i'm home?
Working with a bunch of crazy ladies sucks.
