Me and Jeremy are going to buy our first house!!! I'm soooo excited and Jeremy is sooo nervous. Mostly because he has to work his butt off until I graduate college. But I don't feel bad because he already does that. Anyway we made an offer today on an all brick ranch. It has three bedrooms and 1 finished bathroom. A big basement that jeremy can fix up and make look really nice. There is a toliet and piping in the basement for another bathroom jeremy can also do this. The house only needs some paint to live in it now. We can fix the rest of the house up as we get the money. I don't think the people will accept our firt offer, but if they don't we will go higher.
