Yes. I've encountered four people from a place in the timeline before they met me. And one person from a hundred years after we last spoke.

Why?

It's...a bit of a problem, you know.

Knowing someone from one time, but them not knowing you from the same time.

Seems like everybody I know has some kind of timeline bullshit going on. It's all a bunch of crap. Stupid. And it doesn't make sense.

Tch. And nobody knows why?

Why should we? We shouldn't have to be dealing with this mess in the first place.

That doesn't change the fact that we are. There's got to be a reason behind it. A pattern. I'm not the only one here who has a magic background, so there's got to be someone who has a sense of the how or why.

It beats the hell out of the long and confusing conversation that comes from finding out much later. The more people on the same page, the better.
