A lot of people here know each other from their own worlds, right? How many of you have time problems among each other?

Do you mean people drawn from different points in their lives?

Yes. I've encountered four people from a place in the timeline before they met me. And one person from a hundred years after we last spoke.

Why?

It's...a bit of a problem, you know.

Knowing someone from one time, but them not knowing you from the same time.

I'm not sure I follow.

Seems like everybody I know has some kind of timeline bullshit going on. It's all a bunch of crap. Stupid. And it doesn't make sense.

Tch. And nobody knows why?

livesbyinstinct August 17 2010, 01:56:04 UTC
Why should we? We shouldn't have to be dealing with this mess in the first place.

That doesn't change the fact that we are. There's got to be a reason behind it. A pattern. I'm not the only one here who has a magic background, so there's got to be someone who has a sense of the how or why.

I know someone here from two different worlds, but each of us only remembers one.

Are time and space problems interesting to you?

More inconvenient than interesting. If someone else I know ends up here, I'll at least know to ask about the when right away.

Excellent idea. It may turn out to be a very long conversation, however.

It beats the hell out of the long and confusing conversation that comes from finding out much later. The more people on the same page, the better.

Given what everyone's saying, I think the question should be: who doesn't? It's bad enough that we're here, and now...

Opening up the possibility of even more problems to come. I don't even know what it says about time here, or if time where we're from is still flowing, or...
