[There's a fumbling clatter of fingers on the outside of the junogram, and scratching as it's turned around, only for the words to be obscured by the blast and speaker-splitting fuzz of volume and the too close "PHH" proximity to the microphone every time a breath hits it, calling desperately to a person who may not even be there.
But...might be.

I'm trying to find my [a pause. oh dear. does he have to define what Raikou is for real? he winces.] friend.
I don't know if he came in at the same time I did. He might still be in the woods! As a member of the wakachi and of the kairoushu, I can't leave him like that! I found one of my [Ugh. Again. What's he going to call Yoite? Definitely not a friend...] collegues, and he's been telling me what's happened.
[a small, G-rated exclaimation, and Gau types furiously]
The small moving city with the giant is friendly! [Certainly took HIM long enough to realize that.] Yoite-kun said he came from there, and it can get us home! At the least it could probably get everyone else out of the woods safely!

How to describe Raikou without telling about the world of Nabari...if it matters. But this "Robot" might be...
Well...might be from the world itself. He'll have to be careful with his information. Professional, Gau, be professional...
Right. Professional. Gau straightens his tie, unseen, carefully typing out an almost clinical reply with just enough information not to seem...well...just not to seem, maybe.]
Shimizu Raikou.
He's taller than me: 177 centimeters. With horrible fashion sense, and pink hair. He'll have a white katana named shirogamon.
I don't know if he's here, but as his subordinate, it's my duty to find him and remain at his side if possible.

A rare moment of wisdom occurs to him, though.
Well...no...actually, they can't can they? And he was loud...
Gau forces a deep breath, and lets it out.
He made it public, not knowing what name Raikou might pick, so naturally, evne strangers could hear it, and...
He's upset. So of course it was loud. a little trickle of guilt works in as he clicks the button to voice back--at a more normal volume.]
...Sorry. [the word sounds more terse than apologetic]
I'm...looking for my friend. I don't know if he came in at the same time I did. [A pause] I'm...worried. [the voice seems to dare him to make something of it. Unfortunately, Gau's voice, though male, is hardly deep and impressive. It sounds like it wishes it were deep and impressive so it could make demands that people would actually listen to, but is better suited to debate tournaments or idealistic, brash calls to short-lived street-barricading peoples' revolutions.]

What about the sword? It's...a white katana. "Shirogamon". [it occurs to him slowly, finally that Yoite's dying faster...because he might be older, or further along in his path towards death--not because of anything he might have done.]
You're from the 'caravan' right? I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but...there's a thin guy, very tall, warmly dressed regardless of the weather...in a big black coat, and a hat. He walks around like he's going blind, and coughs up blood. He spends a lot of his time hiding from people, but I know he's from the caravan...a ninja of Iga's Kairoushu clan, named Yoite.
[Gau hesitates, writing with his left hand in his backup notebook, noting that two people haven't seen Raikou, but adding in another category.]
Has...the caravan ever been attacked by something? And has a person of that description ever jumped in to defend it as far as you know?
[If Yoite's that far along in his degeneration, either he's made extensive use of his kira...or ( ... )

I...know that, Uzumaki-san. But there are some things more important than my personal safety. It's not that I don't think Raikou-san can fend for himself, or that he's lacking as a warrior of the Kairoushu, it's just...I don't want him to be alone.
I was actually part of the bigger group in the forest...Guitar-san, and Robot-san, Eyepatch-kun, and the schoolgirl... [Not to mention the pale guy with the handgun, and the fellow with the flaming Katana... Not knowing any names puts Gau at a bit of a disadvantage, there.]
We were attacked by these hairless wolf-bird creatures...but if Raikou-san's alone in the woods, and the caravan is the only way back, I need to know where he is so I can plan what to do!
[Gau's big on planning. He still has his notebook across his knee, even now--after all, he doesn't trust that his new junogram can't be spied on just because it showed up in his bag and seems to connect everyone ( ... )
