It's pretty advanced and computery for not being able to dial emergency at all. So it just lets you talk to people? I mean, I just kind of found it…

Uh well.. one of them is a guy named Keigo. He's a teenager- a little loud, but he means well. There's a girl named Honsho there too- but you should avoid her.

And someone I met has a friend named Zach there too, but I don't know what he looks like. He's probably like 30-something. Might be a cop.
