You're bound to run into them, but a little warning wouldn't hurt. There are at least two individuals here who claim to be from two separate armies- Blue and Red. They're fighting each other for unknown reasons, however it's worth noting that these people are morons. One is a Dexter Grif and the other is named Church. I'd avoid them if I were you.

No. They have a situation that they are resolving through screaming at one another. No one else is involved.

the odst are a marines corps special unit under the operational authority of naval special weapons & are dropped from high orbit behind enemy lines in single occupant exoatmospheric insertion vehicles during combat where they perform highly specialized, small scale, high-risk operations. deep ground surveillance, direct action, unconventional warfare, counter-terrorism operations, counter-contraband operations, personnel and special equipment recovery/capture, etc. we're recruited from the special operation groups of all the nations of the unified earth government.
