So, um. The masquerade was great, wasn't it? I mean, it went better than I thought it would. For me, at least. Kind of interesting to experience things you never thought you could, you know? Although I really couldn't get that Eyes Wide Shut movie out of my head the entire time. But there...weren't exactly any orgies going on. That's a relief.

I was just thinking...isn't it a bit odd that some of the stuff we've encountered so far seems, I don't know, kind of familiar? If you're from Earth, anyway. Oh! Or a certain time period. Not trying to be...time-ist or anything. Yeah, time-ist. That...works, right? And I'm not trying to discriminate against people not from Earth. We're all in this together! It's only that, um, well, like I said, it's kind of like revisiting childhood. The nicer parts of it. Some parts were, weren't so great.

...Just saying, though. It makes me wonder what'll pop up next. Hopefully we won't be seeing Goldilocks anytime soon, because I really don't think I can deal with bears.
