HEY PEOPLE,

Let's go to Canton homecoming this year!
Break out of the let's-all-go-to-Salem's-and-leave-Willa-to-fend-for-herself paradigm!
(Why did I say that?! THREE paradigm video encounters so far...eeeek....)
(by this I mean the TAG juniors...I have not forgotten the fun I had with the seniors (previously juniors) like Kathy and Stephanie last year)
We can meet at my house beforehand, it'll be tons of fun, etc.

Back to the paradigm comment--
If Mr. Read has us do Truecolors, then I will be forced to conclude that the Salem English teachers in that corner conspire way too much. And it would be the fourth time. And I would get green again, with the other three about even. Surprising and everything. So...I hope we don't do it.

I just finished reading 1984 and it's good except you can tell how it will end. (Kalina, it's really not boring...)
"Sanity is not statistical." - is it? Being sane is like being normal - a statistical construct. The idea of the majority of people being insane is as paradoxical as saying that an entire class of students scored above average. There may be some absolutes, but sanity isn't one of them (at least, the way that it is currently measured--by social deviation (and the similar use of "deviation" in statistics' "standard deviation" is no coincidence)). Sooo...Winston, dear protagonist, you were wrong there in my opinion.

61 days until 11/16 when I turn 16
That has a symmetry to it. =]
