(no subject)
Sadly (for me, anyway), my computer seems to be on its last legs. It freezes up unless I hold it so that it slopes down to the right. I'm serious! If it sits leaning to the left or as it should, it freezes and makes this awful buzzing/whirring sound. Why can't they make these fucking things to last? Well, we know the answer, don't we.
Otherwise, work is picking up and I have to work for 8 straight days starting Wednesday. At least Christmas is almost here and then it will be back to business as usual (with maybe a weekend day off here and there? That would be nice...but I've complained enough about that in real life!) I did find out I might get to hear the new Mogwai album very soon, and that is good news indeed!

It's the livejournal debut of Joey Frontlist! J Front is modeling the latest in bookstore fashion, sporting a gift card/snowman/gingerbread boy holding apron topped off with a santa hat! J Front's interests include su doku, v carts, and nothing else.
Friday's snow (from my window!) It looked like this in the morning, stopped snowing at around 12, and then the sun came out at 12:01. Yes, I still had to go to work. Yes, it was dead all day and night and we were pretty bored. What is it with the Newburgh area and weather? Everytime it rains more than a drizzle at night, the area shuts down! I suppose that I should not have been surprised about the response to snow, even though the roads were fine by the middle of the afternoon.
