I just got off the phone with DirecTV customer support....turns out the remote sensor on the front of my satellite box is going bad....urgh....well, at least they're sending me a new one...and for free....

I got my housing assignment today....I'm in Mignon Tower, with 3 guys that I don't even know....ah, it'll be an experience...
I went and watched Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix last night....best movie I've ever seen...it far outstrips the four other movies so far....I give it two thumbs up, and I'm sure Ann will agree....
Tomorrow makes 1 month until I leave for college...I never thought I'd be this excited about leaving home, but strangely I am....I'm going to miss my family and friends, but I can't wait to live life on my own....I hope it's going to be as great as I heard it was..
