An Autumnal Tribute to the Green Rose Labyrinth

Sep 26, 2007 16:48

I had to post this. It is a slide show set to music of our old nature trail labyrinth.
The Green Rose Labyrinth was a 900 ft. nature trail located behind our old studio in Crownsville, MD. Set in this pattern:

Lying in the center was a fire pit surrounded by benches. We hosted many tea fire circles, brewing endless pots of fresh chai tea, celebrating life in song, poetry, conversation, and group meditation. The labyrinth was walked by Leah throughout her pregnancy for her daily exercise, and was lined with faery houses built against the trees. When we moved from Crownsville, the Labyrinth trail needed to be dispersed and disappeared which was like saying goodbye and burying an old friend. So please enjoy my tribute to the last days of autumn in the Labyrinth, and the music is by my good friend, Mike Wuyek, of www.wuyekart.com.
