another semester down
Well its Dec 23. We all know what that means, another year is coming to a close and many of us are asking ourselves "Where did the time go", I know that I am....seems to me it was only a few (maybe 6 or 7 at most) months ago it was still 2004. But looking back I guess 2005 has been a productive year.Didn't succeed at everything I would have liked to, ended up back at BK for the summer, and working at Sodexho during the school year, but all things considered neither is a horrible job, stressful at times and tries the patience but still better than some other options. I did manage to get out of Residence and have an apartment with my gf and sister. I'm still with my gf and enjoying every moment of it. I've come closer to the friends who mean the most to me. Fell away from a few friends, but that can't always be helped, people grow and change and sometimes we leave behind friends, sometimes we drag them with us. But no friendship is ever wasted, just remember there are friends for life, friends for a season, and friends for a reason. They are all important and we need all types of friends at all times.
My year hasn't been with out it shake-ups, and unexpected changes, but they have all been for the better.
So as a final note as 2005 expires, I wish to thank everyone who has been there for me in the past. Even if our paths don't cross again, or diverge for a time you have all shaped the person who is entering into 2006. I know that this coming year will not be with out it's problems and challenges, but I know that I will always have friends and family who I can rely on to get me through anything. Now I turn to the new year, charging forward ready to face what ever it may bring. Join me now, and lets run on, meet the future with our arms open, are minds ready and our hearts on our sleeves. We will change, we will grow, we may move on in different direction, but we will be comforted in the knowledge that we all have helped to make someone else a better person. All thus who I have left in the past, knew this you are all part of me, you have influenced the changes I have undergone, you have influenced my thoughts, beliefs and view. you are all part of me and will never be forgotten.
