I took a stab at it. THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT! Please speak up if you think something needs to be corrected.

Part of the problem is that there are a bunch of stories that happen at some point during the 4 year period between John and Ronon's first arrival and the events of "Monday Morning" but there's nothing in those stories to distinguish which one of those stories might precede the other, so I just lumped 'em together.
