It's amazing how most businesses work today: although the economy has gone to heck & people have even less money to spend, you can count on businesses to make you pay even more money [that you don't have] for lesser products/services - I guess that is how supply and demand works = money in low supply & businesses make a higher demand for it >_>;
That being said, it would explain why I try to take services off my time-warner cable bill, only to have them add more service in place of them that tend to cost as much if not more for even lesser of a product. No matter how much I speak with them and verify what my next month's bill will be, it turns out to be much higher because they put some stuff back onto my account that they said they have removed. Heck, they didn't even give me the credit that was promised (been through that before).
What will it take for these people to do right by me so I can remain a customer? I can't afford anything but the net anymore from them, and yet they continue to bill me for more stuff - do they want me to drop them or something!? It may be my only option - I try to make them affordable, and they keep trying to remain too expensive for me to keep them. The real kicker is that as long as you owe them money, they will not allow anyone else to take over your cable internet services, so you are stuck in a vicious billing cycle with them (no pun intended, but it stilll works there *wink* ).
Oh well, if you hear about a TWC client starting a fight at one of their payment centers in the following week, pray it wasn't me -_-;
