Bright orange, muted, slight blue/green result. This coloring works best on pictures that are NOT dull, with varying colors in its original image. You can always help me identify other kind of images that this one can color.

STEP 1 Crop your base. Here's mine.


STEP 2 Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color


SELECTIVE COLOR
Reds -50, 0, +100, -40
Yellows -100, -20, +35, 0
Neutrals -15, -20, 0, 0

STEP 3 Layer -> New Fill Layer -> Solid Color


Fill #96bb33 (light green), set blending mode to EXCLUSION with OPACITY 10%

STEP 4 Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Curves

Yellows +100, +100, +30
Greens -30, +20, 0, 0
Cyans +25, +40, +20, 0
Magenta -10, +15, +25, 0
