1. One book that changed my life:
Hardboiled Wonderland and the End of the World was a book that changed my look on literature. It completely blew me away and I fell in love with Japanese lit.
2. One book I have read more than once:
I rarely read books more than once. Very rarely. I did read Norwegian Wood more than once.
3. One book I would want on a desert island:
Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon! I loved it and I'd love reading it again. Then again I could name many books I'd like to take with me! =)
4. One book that made me laugh:
I found myself giggling histerically over Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams strangely enough when I read it in Swedish. I'd read it in English before and didn't find it so amuzing. Swedish is a funny language.
5. One book that made me cry:
I specially remember crying when I was little over children's books about a little orphan girl named Adda. Her story was simply to sad for me although it was very satisfying when she finally found a home and new parents!
6. One book I wish I'd written:
Independant People by Halldór Laxness!
7. One book I wish had never been written:
Any book by Strindberg or Proust.
8. One book I am currently reading:
The Scar by China Miéville.
9. one book I have been meaning to read:
Things that Never Happen by M. John Harrison.
