If I've seen them pull a bonehead maneuver I won't let them in (some guy honked and shouted at me once, but I hate to break it to him -- I'm driving a 22-year-old 1500 Suburban with bad paint and I don't CARE if you hit me, jerk, I WILL win.

I wish they gave tours to people who just want to see the inside of the building, who aren't prospective buyers...

There's another great condo/office building across the street from this one, I have to get a shot of - it's designed like a metal version of a Japanese house (looks like paper sliding doors all over, but is glass and steel) with a full-scale green roof (you can see the trees up there!) -- I'd LOVE to see the inside.
