1) Happy Thanksgiving! 2) I miss Disney World. It was awesome when I went. I was 15, at my hottest, and literally had all of the princes' attentions. Aladdin turned around on his elephant to stare at me, and Prince Charming damn near jumped off of Cinderella's coach to get me instead. (For reals.) 3) If Palin does run, I am not quite so scared since Bristol ended up in 3rd for DWTS. Had Bristol won, I would have become so frightened of the Tea Party's voice that I would have just given up on the idea of a Democrat in any office EVER after 2012. 4) Did you hear about Tom DeLay? He was found guilty today on one count of money laundering and another count of conspiracy to launder money, after he moved a bunch of corporate funds through his PAC to key Republican races here in Texas. His actions ended up adding Republican seats to the House after the 2002 elections. Obviously a big no-no. He now faces the possibility of 99 years for the money laundering and another 20 for the conspiracy charge. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?? In his reaction interview at the courthouse, he said that he would appeal, "In the hope of finding jurors with a better understanding of the law." What a peach.
I didn't reach that level of hotness until I reached my mid-40's, at which point suddenly guys of all ages were friending me on MySpace and telling me how stunning I was. I was all like "Where were you guys when I was single and YOUNG?"
No, I haven't heard any news today, I've been cleaning off the DVR! HOORAY! Maybe there IS still justice in this country!
