arg!!!

I just wrote a lot of an entry, then I kicked the surge protector that had the three important plugs of my computer in it. So now the short version.

1) Woke up.
2) Got stuff we're selling out of attic.
3a) Watched guys move piano
3b) Watched Ma be all concerned about it (I was concerned too, but I didn't clap my hands to the sides of my face every three seconds... or at all, for that matter).
4) Washed hair
5) Ate 2 hot dogs for lunch
6) Got hair cut
7) Came home, showered, shaved
8) Went to work; Heather left instead of Sarah, who wanted the hours, and who I met for the first time
9) Guard table blew over on top of me, caused everything to go flying including Sarah's 1 day old, $500 cell phone. Her initial reaction seemed to be to blame me. Um... waddafah!?
10) She leaves at 4, I deal with people until 7, at which point I read.
11) At 7:50 I start to close up. Due to tangled cords, food on the pool deck (must kill someone for that one, not sure whether it's the guards who didn't see/allowed the food or the people who left it who I'd rather murder), empty chlorinator (that one is definately Sarah's fault, as there was a note from Heather to check it if the chlorine was low, which it was, and she didn't), and various other shtuff, it took me nearly an hour.
12) At around 7:55 my mother called, but though she let it ring many times I didn't hear it quick enough and so I missed her. When I got home at a few minutes past nine, there was a message saying they'd gone to Coco Loco's for dinner.
13) Changed quick and ran off to the restaurant... they had finished eating. I ate their leftovers and ordered some quite good buffalo wings.
14) Came home, went online.

It would have been more fun in a longer format... but also longer and more annoying to type. So there you have it. My mood is about 1/10 the mood portrayed in the current music ;-) But that's the random ironic appropriateness of my Winamp shuffle! Hehe.

wind, lifeguarding, work, piano, cell_phone, food, annoyed
