The Stranger

...by Albert Camus. I read it today. It was short. It was also very good. I went to the library to get The Picture of Dorian Gray, but they didn't have it in today. So I went to the classics list and picked one I'd wanted to read for a while. It was 154 low-text pages, and I finished it at work with more than 3 1/2 hours to spare... so then I thought about it. And about my life. It was intriguing, because my life is really oddly cool and different right now. I feel like an entirely new side of me was brought to life. Quite a feeling.

Worked at Union Hill today, and that's why I had so much spare time. 3 people showed up, only 2 went in the pool, and only one of them stayed in more than 2 minutes.

My internet is so very slow tonight. It's bothersome.

Grammy's here (for those of you who don't know, that's my father's mother). She's visiting for quite a while. A few weeks. Should be fun. The piano didn't get packed up today as planned. Apparently the moving company for the people who we're taking care of the piano for isn't doing a very good job of getting things organized. Fine with me! I get to use the piano for a little longer still :)

That's it. I get the priveledge of working the entire day at Glenbrooke tomorrow with Justin Mills. Heh. Shouldn't be so bad... but it will be long :-/
