interesting...

Something I ate at Sushi Sake triggered a migraine. I've been there 3 or 4 times, and twice I've gotten a migraine afterwards. In the interests of tracking it down (and possibly making y'all jealous), I will now list my lunch. Unfortunately, I always get food-triggered migraines after complex meals, making it very tough to nail anything down.

Water with lemon (pretty sure that's not the trigger ;), but included for completeness)
Miso soup
- seaweed
- tofu
- whatever's in the broth
Veggie tempura
- onion
- green bean
- sweet potato
- zucchini
- yellow squash
- tempura batter
Negima yaki
- beef
- green onion
- carrot
- spices
- teriyaki sauce
Salad
- iceberg lettuce
- red cabbage
- carrot
- creamy ginger dressing
California roll (2 pcs)
- nori
- sticky rice
- avacado
- cucumber
- sesame seeds
- crab?
Philly roll (5 pcs)
- nori
- sticky rice
- cream cheese
- smoked salmon
- avacado
Crunchy roll (1 pc)
- crab
- shrimp
- avacado
- ...? I know this had more in it. And it was deep-fried.
Other
- steamed rice
- pickles
- ginger
- soy sauce
- wasabi
- tempura sauce
Yeah, there was a lot of food. Most of that came in a Bento Box. Yes, it was a little expensive. But for sushi, it's really fairly reasonable. And it's good stuff.

Anyway. I took Tylenol as soon as I felt it coming on, and am having a little caffeine, too, so I doubt it'll get bad. If it does... well, then, I won't be working. But that's not so likely. Aaaand, back to work. Cheers!
