orders
so, i got my orders on tuesday night...i am to report to ocean, va beach no later then 05dec04. outfrickinstanding! i told the classifier all i really wanted was san diego or sicily and he gave me freaking virginia! that's just awesome! NOT! at least i got a good 'c' school, i guess. i got cass which is supposed to be really good in the civilian world. i guess we'll see.
one good thing is i will get to live with my amanda dear when i get out there! that's the best news ever! i miss her so much, so it'll be awesome, and i'll get a pug named voltron, and i'll call him tron because that's what the other rates call people in my rate! :) good idea, eh? :)
my roommate left me for good yesterday morning. her and i have slept in the same room almost every night since may 17th. it was really hard to watch her leave. especially since i know she is going all the way to japan...it's gonna be so hard to stay in touch. my room is cold and lonely right now...
the worst part is, as i was driving away from the bus station yesterday, with tears on my cheeks i realized that this is going to be the rest of my navy career, which of course, made me cry harder. i will make friends and get close and we will get seperated...it's not right.
anyway, i don't have much else to say, i suppose.
