Sunday March 14th (almost finished)
I finally found Jon. I wasn't sure how the communication would go. According to one website the sign style used is different than ASL (SEE). I started signing and introduced myself. He replied, ASL - aah, what a relief. I brought my parents and friends. We all met and arranged to meet later in the week.
Mom, Dad, and I took a taxi back to the hotel to recuperate, while Larry and Mary went to a museum. Dr. David Lee had arrived during the day and that evening we all went out to dinner. The talk was almost all focused on what Dad and David, with the help of the Marantzes, wanted to accomplish. We retired to our hotel rooms to sleep, Mom and I eager to explore on Monday by ourselves, the rest to work.
