How are the kids holding up? Kunai, especially?

...and kids testing you and earning Zaizen's name... That's gotta be Shou-kun. I take it he's way ahead of the others?

(ooc: Considering the closeness Bane has with the kids, he'll have told them that they can contact him anytime, so chances are Mini-Zaizen'd ends up calling Bane to complain. Which he'd follow with a call to Kin-chan to ask what happened.)

They're managin'. Don't think they were prepared for the things I make 'em do, so they're still adaptin' to it, but they can handle it. They're tougher than they look, even Kunai. I know he has a harder time with everything compared to the others, but he can take it. He's got an iron will on 'im.

He thinks he is. Cocky lil' shit argues with me 'bout everything I tell 'im to do. I get that he thinks he's like the leader of the pack of them or somethin' like that, but he's gettin' on my last nerve with the shit he pulls and I'm tired of him actin' like he ain't gotta listen to anything I say.

[OOC: Chances are that Mini-Zaizen has probably ended up calling Bane a lot to complain about various things involving Kin-chan, half of which were probably incredibly stupid things that'd make Bane facepalm over them. Kunai's a little soldier~ I've just... never been able to help him with training. I'm glad he's doing well with you, though.

Probably cause when I train him, he is the top. And, admittedly, my pet project. I sorta just got used to his cockiness.

(ooc: It'd be Bane's nightly catch up with the kids before he finally gets to call Sae. XD And with all the kids trying to talk to him, he'll probably tell them to go to one person's place so he can do one phonecall and not repeat himself. >>; Bane'll try after his call with the kids, then after his call to Sae and then first thing in the morning.)

Yeah, he is. Which is why he can handle things. He tries twice as hard as everyone else. And I'll find somethin' that'll suit 'im best eventually once I see all his limits and strengths.

Then he's gotten used to bein' spoiled and I ain't gonna do the same thing for 'im. He needs to get over that I'm not you and I don't work the same way. He's on equal ground with everybody else. 'Least 'til he proves he can do what he's told. Otherwise, what's the point of teachin' 'im anything if he ain't gonna listen to what I say anyhow? Though ya know, the cockiness wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for him always arguin' with me and thinkin' he's right.
