So yeah~ Like everybody said way before me, we didn't win the tournament. Rikkai beat us. I won my match though~ That's awesome, yeah~? Sae says we gotta start gettin' ready early fer when we get ta Nationals next, since things'll get tougher there. ...Gonna getta see Ken-chan an' some of the rest of the ol' team from Shitenhouji when it gets here~! Oh! An-an-and maybe~! ....Well, maybe that's all that really matters~ Just bein' happy to see 'em~ Shouldn't waste my time hopin' we'll play 'em...

While he did win his match, he was still disappointed in himself for certain reasons, as we can see. Kin-chan's a big dreamer, but now he's currently feeling like his realist father's numerous lectures are ringing true. So he's going to be kinda unusually quiet and doing some forced smiles, which he has a bad habit of doing when he's unhappy, since he doesn't like to worry others or explain things.]
