Sometimes I like to turn up the headphones as loud as possible and listen to the dirtiest, messiest, noisiest, most psychopathic song I can think of, just to blow all the mess and clutter out of my head for about 5 minutes. I hold the headphones as far in my ear as I can and jerk around making stupid faces. My favourite song to do this with is Tundra Desert by Modest Mouse. It's the musical equivalent of a post office shoot up.
