08- I'm on a roll!
I've started making cheese and butter. The cheese will take a bit, but the butter should be done soon. I was tired of having fish without a bit of butter, so I'm really liking this development. I'm also going to be attempting to make some cream. Goat milk is a little different, so it's purely experimental.
For those of you who have been using coconut water as a milk substitute have probably see how poor a sub it is. Well, I've got milk now, and Shishido the Goat is pregnant, so she's producing more now. Just let me know it you want some.
