almonds, chores, bleh.
I hit my inner Martha Stewart groove earlier this morning, so right now I'm roasting almonds and doing laundry. I'd be doing dishes too but that would block the oven and I'd burn the almonds and wouldn't be able to make the pie and...well, it'd be bad.
Also have lots of sweeping to do, but I won't be able to do any of it until after Lance and Dad are done, as I suspect they're going to make a mess. That's okay, is not such a big deal.
ETA: roasted candied almonds=yummy.
