Well, It seems that Impersonating England while trying to capture someone is wrong. It's not my fault he has a funny accent that no one can understand what hes saying... I mean really. I cant help it if my native tongue is French.. wait I can and I Love it~ He needs to not have a hard accent to impersonate.
