My Review:  This wasn't bad.  The world was new and interesting, but it didn't feel like it was explained properly.  It lost steam for me about half way through, but since many of the books I've read lately have felt like that, maybe it's me?  I don't know.  This was okay, but I doubt I'd read any more.
