JOTG 3/5 was fun. Julie called everyone the night before in attempt to coordinate our potluck. She brought homemade guacamole, salsa and a great big ol' bucket-o-margaritas, enough for everyone to share. Olé!
In process of making a Bowie compilation for Greg per his request the last time I spoke with him in person. Experiencing burnout, I haven't listened to The Thin White Duke much in recent years but delving into his back catalog again reminds me of why I became such a diehard fan in the first place at the age 14.

My new coworker is very nice lady and easy to work with but she talks to herself all the time, overuses the word "coolness" and has the worst laugh since Chandler's annoying girlfriend Janice on Friends. It sometimes sounds as if a flock of geese have taken up residence in the library and it's driving me batshit!
Aside from that, the summer semester break is my favorite time of year - no students but no shortage of projects. Plus we get to wear jeans and park close to the building for three weeks. Coolness!
