She was the best and she did have a long and happy life once we got her. That was taken at Platte River State Park in Nov. 2002 - it was a great weekend. I probably won't see you tomorrow as I'll be doing good just to get to the play on time. Soon though, I hope.

I wish there were words I could say to make it feel a little better. Just know my heart is with you, sweetie. And may those around you be filled with empathy and understanding. People so often underestimate the pain of losing a 'furry baby'. *hug*

Thank you. People always say that your pets become less important to you once you have kids but we don't have any children and we never will so ... yeah.

You know, people say that, but I can't imagine that it would be so with me. I love my babies too much. (and it wasn't that way with my mom!)
