It is a comment of mine that I wrote in regards to a friends post. I will do a real update soon. Sorry that I've been out of it.

And don't forget, according to the powers that be, the poor people of New Orleans aren't worth saving until they've bled a bit for the cameras. Once that's happened, "officials" and their ilk may make great speeches and shows of compassion for their photo op.
