I had over 300 spams in my gmail spam folder, and, as is my habit, I decided to purge them. I opened the folder and scanned to make sure no important correspondence had recieved the accidental Spam Of Death. Nope; 300+ emails, and all about enlarging the size of my cock. Now, for the record, as I have no cock, I am not perhaps the best person to judge the veracity of the intent "Alaba Ainsworth" or "Abatalone Wiggins" or "Thaddeus McHitchins" senders who long for me to have more and better sex. Still, why after ALL THESE YEARS of internets and spams and the realization that most likely if the name sounds fake, it is...why does this spam keep showing up?
I get maybe 3 or 4 spams to my other email account, which isn't with gmail. Usually they're things I've just chosen not to open that get sorted there - travel news, for example, or lures cast by a local radio station. I'm not worried about "midnight meat" or "living [my] life to the full" or a "canadian online pharmacy" at my fingertips (please note, Mr. Spammer, that if you can't spell 'pharmacy' correctly then probably I won't click your link. Just sayin'.)
Who still is dumb enough to think that "Earline Gochuckney" gives a shit about your prowress or that reputable, non-sawdust-filled caplets are available at a "canadian ONline Pharamacy?" Who thinks Tamiflu can be bought on the Internet or that you can buy "instant Swine Flu protection?" I'll believe that when Bill Gates finally sends me the $8million he owes me for forwarding on his emails!
So why, why has not the evolutionary arms-race between the spammers and the spammees been decided? How can you still have a perfectly legit email address and still receive 100 spams a day about viagra? And who the fuck opens these emails? If it's you, please tell me, because I've got a message for you, and once I forward it on Bill Gates will pile me up with an extra mil.
Though maybe I'll open the one from "Wilfredo Hands." He says I can "win from benefits of hidden secrets of pornstars."
Nah.
