And yet many find the BEM Inventory to be outdated, silly, or foolish. What does this say about the emphasis we put on such "traits?" And what does this say about the risks people are willing to take to have "normal" babies? What is normal? Wouldn't this by default be abnormal? Additionally, if we could truly breed a submissive (more biddable) caste of individuals what does this say about or do to our society?
