Let's take a deep breath together.
I just got out of working at the lab for Genetics, and I still stink like lab mice. There were five cages of them, and nearly every mouse was infested with fleas and bleeding because they've been biting themselves and each other.
I just had to work three hours in addition to the three hour lab per week. It's really not that bad, but it's annoying, and I'm already behind on work which I could have been doing if I hadn't had to do that.
I didn't actually work with the mice. I was doing a gel electrophoreses. I had to do two gels at once and botched the gel three times. I messed up one thing or another, like forgetting to add something to the gel or forgetting to put the comb in before the gel had cooled and set. I'm really on a roll today.
