I'm going to answer twenty!

...Can I? I can. Twenty. But only twenty and only if you'll tell me something in return. I don't like liars. Unless we're playing a lying game, but we're not. We'll play the truth game. Like truth or dare, only without having to kiss other girls and run through the halls naked and things.

Okay?

!gold, froggy?

Yes. Eighteen now. You all aren't very good at this.

...Right.

[Guess he better think of some questions, then]

Um.. How do you keep that fire burning on Deck Eleven without it spreading?

[She giggles in open, honest amusement.]

Magic! Really.

[Well that was obvious]

Well shit, I've never seen magic do that before.

[Mostly because any of the 'magic' users from his world were pathetic Magicians with fat heads]

...What's the Golden Shore like?

I've never been there, but I've always wanted to go. It must be nice.

Yeah. Sounds like a nice place.

[Sounds like a tourist attraction]

Why're you bringing us there in the first place?

I already answered twenty questions, but I'll answer one more if you give me the golden frog.

Right, right. Sure, you can have it.

[He doesn't know what he'd do with it anyways. Everyone else seems to have a crazy frog obsession]

...I have a friend back home, Jeremiah. Is he.. dead?

[There is a long, long pause, silence stretching out. Then whispered.]

I don't know, but... you should forget him. It's better.

[So much for trying to find a reassuring answer]

Just forget about him, eh? You make it sound so easy.

[Looks like he's not getting a better answer. Sigh]

Where should I bring this Heron food?

I'm on deck one, if you can bring it to me. Or I can come to you. Or we can play hide and seek!

I'll just bring it up to Deck one, then.

Aw. Okay.

[She's on Deck One, stringing up fairy lights.]

[And so Zeke made his merry little way up to Deck 1, taking the elevators of course, and limped his silly self down the deck. He was holding the weird gold frog thing in his hands so it couldn't hop away because all of a sudden it decided it wanted to become an energetic froggy. He wasn't about to play frogger on a boat, thanks]

Hello, hello?

[She spun and beamed happily at Zeke.]

You brought the frog! Hello, you. That's a fine chase you led us all on. May I have it?

[She held out her hand, but made no move to take it from him.]
