Ultrasound today!
WooHoo! I had my first ultrasound today and everything looks good. I saw one baby and a good heartbeart. Considering I am almost 9 weeks along, that is as good as it gets for this ultrasound. My due date is January 14th! I have my Ultra-Screen ultrasound on July 1st. I just need to make my normal 4-week appointment for next week and I will be all set for right now.
In other news, I think I left out something in my last entry. Actually, I know I did and I wanted to put it in now. On May 22nd I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. I had a problem when I was braking and my car stalled causing me to lose my brakes and not be able to stop. I am okay and now today I know baby is too. I was nervous until today but everything is okay now. We ended up replacing my car once the insurance settlement came in and now I have a 2008 Hyundai Veracruz. It is a little bit intimidating after my little sedan but I LOVE it. I am hoping to hear something soon in the job aspect which will help me to breathe easier.
I am loving my preceptorship with Virginia Physicians for Women. They asked for my resume a week ago and I gave it to them and I am hoping something will come from that. I am nervous but hoping for the best!
Time for me to get back to a little bit of productiveness at school.
