So, it's been a while. How are you? Me? Fine, thanks. I recovered well from both surgeries last year. The first 3 months of 2014 have been OK - nothing big to speak of except the cold. Texas girls should not still be wearing hoodies and sweats in almost-April

Hey! Glad to hear your surgeries are over and done with and went well. Sorry about your fence, though. And I'm with you on the weather. We just had a discussion yesterday about this being the winter that would not end. We tried going to the lake for a few days to fish over spring break. I had on jeans and insulated pants, long-sleeve shirt, hoodie, and jacket over that and I still froze. The wind was blowing like crazy so the water was choppy and we couldn't keep the boat in the right place. We came home a day early. I caught our only fish and hubby says I snagged it as it swam by because it was hooked in the fin, not the mouth. Nice little white bass but I threw him back. Never got another nibble. Total waste of time and money - well, except I did find some trout lily and haven't seen that in years. Oops, that was my geeky side showing.

I watch Castle and Grimm, sometimes Elementary if I remember to watch it. Stargate Atlantis is still my only real fandom. Yes, I'm still stuck on that show and I'm starting to think I always will be. I'll be 95 and the only person still reading/writing SGA and I'll have the font size on my computer run up to 500% to read it because I'll be so blind (LOL)!

I'll be in California (LA) in May for the International Science Fair. We'll have one day, maybe two if we're lucky to do some sightseeing. The rest will be tied up with setting up, getting cleared, judging, open house, and awards ceremonies.
