forgetting the whole backstory for a min and just looking at them ....I mean wow!!!
anyways our neighbiours decided to start redecorating thier flat (destroying it) at 3 in the morning the other night and to be honest I am getting to the point where even Katie asking me nicely not to kill them isn't gonna work.
I am finding it hards to control my anger and I fell that I can only keep it in for so long, I would never hurt those close to me but I think when it happens I should be by myself in a room without breakables
anyway enough of that (puts on a convincing smile) my pills will help me balance out in the long run so I just have to keep it together for a little while longer.
