Early 2 Rise Earlier the Party
Well, I have been going to the gym Yay Me... It's really nice It's the one on TT1 and it even has a Sauna and a Massage therapist. I got a personal trainer ...Very Happy! She's pretty cool made me do all that crazy stuff like check body fat and wt and ht...I did the spinning today for about an hour and half.
They even have the pool on base for water arobics so I am gonna go check that out tomorrow. It was 50 degrees this morning so I hope it's not so cold tomorrow, or the pool is heated YIKES!!!
