As the 3 PDF files are downloading, I'll try to write up a coherent comment-even though I'm literally bawling here. There's just so much I want to say and so much ranting I want to do. Perhaps I should just write an essay/overview based on your story instead.
First of all, I'll try to comment on this story as whole instead of just on the Epilogue. I must say, this is by far one of the best YunJae fics I've ever read. I often have a hard time finding what to read, considering there are fics out there that lack an intriguing plot and have many grammatical errors. The ECHO series was just the opposite of that... and that's probably why I've been so enthusiastic about the updates and stayed with you through the entire 40 chapters.
After reading this fic, I feel as if I know Jaejoong and Yunho as friends. I could also feel whatever they were going through as if it was happening to me. It's just so amazing how your writing puts me in their shoes and makes me feel the pain they feel (and your writing completely disregards my emotions because it has made me cry multiple amounts of times T.T). But I'm so glad I read it in the end because heck, it made me love YunJae all the more!
And yes! This is the ‘kick-ass’ ending I was looking for! Having silly arguments and continuing their relationship how they want to continue it… I have to say that I’m so happy for the two of them. It’s all because they had the courage and the determination to resolve every dilemma that came their way.
So congratz on writing such a beautiful fic where I laughed as much as I cried! Although I didn't want it to come to an end, I know that it's time to conclude it and create another one just as amazing!
*huggles you to death for writing this fic* I will definitely read this again someday =D But for now, I'll be anticipating your new story.
Awww it makes me feel so hapy to hear that you think it's one of those fics that have depth to it and whatnot. I am very fond of ECHOs (which is quite inevitable since I was stuck writing it for over a year hahahah) so it always makes me happy to know that my random imagination has interested other people as well! <3
hehe yeh I don't feel comfortable writing my characters until I can understand 'them' and how they'd think.. Which could explain why I am having a hard time getting into the shoes of my new characters... I'll try and be patient though... ><
PHEWWW the ending was okay then! I hate when a disappointing ending can ruin a fic... T_T
