For the health conscious - Crossfit wrote a good article about
"skinny fat" and how being thin without any sort of fitness can be just as unhealthy as being over weight. They show that you don't need to be afraid of becoming a she-hulk when you strength train & that lean muscle can create sexy curves while burning your body fat percentage. (The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn doing nothing! ;D)
And always remember to give your body the
kind of fuel it needs! Adjust your
calorie intake accordingly.
