(no subject)
For the premier this film all of my friends and I decided to go as Quidditch players, just for something a little different (We have done all the main characters before, and many minor ones too!)
We all made our costumes separately, so we got a wide variety. I decided to go as a member of the Wigtown Wanderers (Otherwise know as the Cleavers!) Their colours are blood red and Silver.
I decided not to go with a Hogwarts Quidditch robe lookalike, as I think the leagues would do their own things :)
I modified a simplicity coat pattern,
The woman's one here. I made the sleeves myself, to fit the arm holes, and be much wider. I also made a detachable hood, which press studs at the back of the neck, and under the collar. It's the first piece of clothing I have every made and I'm pretty proud of it (I'm probably never taking it off now!)
This is the back, with the hood up. You can't see from here, but the cleaver has blood on it.
