Celebration!
Hot diggity damn I'm DONE!!
That's right, mere minutes ago I handed in my last final and got to give the final 2-minute speech as part of the experience.
My award speech went to a girl with an even MORE difficult-to-spell/pronounce last name than me...and it was fun. =D However, the award speech given to me was --get this-- in the form of slam poetry.
POETRY!!!
I was simply dumbfounded after it was over, and stumbled through my acceptance speech afterwards. Seriously, it was awesome. Friggin loads of awesome. My award was a performance for crying out loud! Everyone else got a speech, I got a performance. *ego boost*
I plan on posting the contents of the speech when I get home, as of now I'm off to celebrate the end of the semester with good friends and good times.
